Privacy policy
This document describes how the site and the trial environment handle files and the details you provide. It reflects how the current version actually behaves, and will be updated when the full analysis environment opens.
Local file check
The compatibility check on the trial page runs entirely in your browser.
- The file is read in browser memory and is not sent to a server.
- The file is not stored, not backed up, and not shared with third parties.
- Closing or refreshing the page discards the check results.
Server-side analysis — when it opens
These are the planned defaults for when the analysis environment opens. They are product requirements, not a statement of compliance with a standard or an existing certification.
- Files and results are private to the session that created them; there is no public gallery of uploads.
- Retention of up to 24 hours, with automatic deletion of the original and of derived outputs.
- An immediate delete action, which reports completion only after deletion has completed.
- Files are not used for model training by default.
- Decoding runs in an isolated environment with no access to production systems.
What is not collected
Identifying data that may be present in a file is not carried forward.
- Location data (GPS) is not displayed by default and is not sent to analytics.
- The camera serial number is not displayed by default.
- File names and file contents are not included in analytics events.
Contact form
The details submitted through the form are used to answer your enquiry.
- Name, company, email, phone (if provided), industry, inquiry type, and message are stored.
- A timestamp and reference number are stored for tracking.
- An analysis result is attached only if you explicitly selected it.
- Details are not passed to third parties for marketing.
Usage measurement
Usage measurement is limited to operational events and excludes sensitive content.
- Events such as opening the trial page or submitting an enquiry are measured.
- File contents, file names, and location data are not measured.
